Our Manchester center is at 340 Granite Street, Suite 202, Manchester, NH 03102. Its hours are Tuesday 9 AM to 8 PM, Wednesday 9 AM to 3 PM, and Thursday 10 AM to 3 PM.

Our Nashua center is at 30 Temple Street, Suite 315, Nashua, NH 03060. Its hours are Tuesday 8 AM to 7 PM, Wednesday 10 AM to 3 PM, and Thursday 8 AM to 4 PM.

Is the pregnancy test really free?
Yes. The pregnancy test and the ultrasound are free. We don't bill insurance, there's no co-pay, and no bill comes later.
Do I need an appointment?

How soon can I have an ultrasound?
After a missed period and a positive pregnancy test. Any earlier and the scan often can't see enough yet.
Does Real Options perform or refer for abortions?
No. You're still welcome for a free pregnancy test, a free ultrasound and facts about all of your options.
What should I bring?
All of our services are free of charge. However, you will need to bring a photo ID with you. A student ID is acceptable if you do not have a driver's license.
Can I bring someone with me?
Yes, we encourage you to bring your partner with you, if possible. If he is unavailable, then feel free to bring a friend, parent or family member who is supportive of you.
Who does the ultrasound?
The medical professionals at our center can perform a limited obstetrical ultrasound, giving you essential information at no cost.
How long have you been here?
We have been providing free and confidential services to clients in the Greater Manchester and Nashua areas for over 35 years.
Do I have to pay or commit to anything?
We do not benefit financially from any decision you make and we do not charge for services.
Is what I tell you confidential?
We respect our patients' confidentiality to the fullest extent of the law. If you are a minor, you do not have to have a parent present at your appointment. You matter. Your privacy matters.
